cannot log into game!!!!!!

waaaaa.....plz help me admin....why u dint server like that?i know u scare with hacker data center...not like that u wanna make server....fix the problem 1st la...u make all ppl angry with u la...
u used alpha name is ok...all problem can settel...alpha cannot hack your server again....if u used his name in game server...it alpha pocket in server game?ok my suggestion?hope u take time la....ok bye2...
