Dissappointing server connection lost to game server

This is dissappointing really no help at all i got connection to authozoren serevr lost or something then i re-installed and deleted the gamasoft folders and now it comes connection to server lost no answer BTW does it work for vista ( no answer) omg abd server no helping gms look like.
